The Doric's gated, secure, remote-accessible parking structure has room for 381 cars on three levels, and gives residents direct access to the garden entrance of the lobby. A limited number of oversize spaces are available. Spaces are available for $125.00 a month, and are billed with your common charges statement.
Guest parking is available to the north of the building on the top level of the garage. Parking is $10.00 a day, on a first reserved, first served basis. Because the guest lot often fills on weekends and holidays, residents expecting out-of-town visitors are encouraged to reserve a space in advance at the concierge desk.
There are a limited number of quick stop spots in the front of the building for deliveries or quick drop offs. Time is strictly limited to 15 minutes, and you must give the concierge your plate number. Violators may be towed. Cars may NOT be left unattended in the unloading areas in front of the north and south service doors. These areas are fire safety zones.
Limited street parking is available in the surrounding communities of Union City and Jersey City, subject to local regulation. Although the neighborhoods are safe, parking on the street of any city is at your own risk. Access to the Doric without crossing Paterson Plank Road or the South Viaduct is available via the Washington Park pedestrian bridge.
